Bow River Capital’s CSR efforts are organized around three core pillars: Sustainability, People, and Governance.
We take proactive steps to reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices within our corporate operations.
Our People pillar focuses on employee engagement, creating a more diverse culture and partnering with non-profits that make a difference in our community.
Above all, Bow River Capital is charged with being responsible stewards of our investors' capital. To that end, we identify and mitigate material risks at both the corporate and fund level, and we support and advance good governance as part of our investment process. We incorporate the key pillars of governance into our investment process and communicate clearly and transparently with our investors.
We believe a diverse team with varied experiences and perspectives makes us a stronger firm and better investors. Bow River Capital actively seeks to attract diverse talent by partnering with diverse leadership organizations at local universities and collaborating with local and national organizations to assist our efforts in recruiting candidates for both our summer internship program and full-time roles.
