DENVER, CO, August 1, 2018 – Bow River Capital (“Bow River”), a private alternative asset management company, announced today the closing of its second opportunistic real estate fund (the “2018 Fund”). The fund closed at $186 million, receiving strong support from a diverse group of institutional and individual investors.
The 2018 Fund will invest in commercial and residential real estate with a focus on value-add, distressed and new construction investment opportunities. While the 2018 Fund will consider assets located throughout the United States, its primary focus will be on investment opportunities in Bow River Capital’s Rodeo Region®.
