Bow River seeks opportunistic investments in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate in both existing properties and new developments. We target real estate investments across the capital structure, including property-level equity and performing and non-performing real estate debt. While we consider assets located throughout the United States, our focus is on uncovering investment opportunities within Bow River Capital’s Rodeo Region® due to our strategic location in Denver, Colorado.

Our principals have a track record of creating value at the asset level through proactive redevelopment, development, or repositioning of properties with the effect of creating higher net operating income and various exit opportunities throughout the life cycle of each investment. We focus our efforts on opportunities where we have differentiated market insights and/or strategic relationships that position Bow River to add considerable value.
