Bow River Capital Completes Recapitalization Of Control Technology & Solutions LLC

On June 1, 2018 Bow River Capital Partners (“Bow River”) recapitalized Control Technology & Solutions L.L.C. (“CTS” or the “Company”) through a newly formed holding entity established as a platform to meet the growing energy efficiency, power generation, and design-build needs for both current and prospective customers across the Midwest. The founders, Bob Bennett and Scott Ririe, as well as senior management will continue on in their current roles. Bow River is looking forward to working with management to help scale operations, invest in infrastructure, and broaden the Company’s service offering to support customer energy efficiency goals.

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, CTS is a comprehensive energy efficiency solutions provider, offering turn-key retrofit solutions to the K-12, higher education, and municipal markets. The Company’s performance contracting, design-build, and system integration capabilities allow building owners and facility operators to upgrade aging buildings and infrastructure while reducing energy and operational costs. Through a customer-focused approach, CTS enables savings through energy conservation measures, including HVAC, building automation controls, geothermal, lighting and solar.
